• Low-income countries Authors from World Bank-designated low-income and lower-middle-income countries.
• Financial hardship Authors without institutional funding may apply with supporting documentation.
• Editorial Board members Subject to editorial office approval.

• Author copyright Authors retain full copyright of their published work.
